On April 14, 2010, Wang Yong, Minister of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ) paid a special visit to China Certification and Inspection Group Dubai Co., Ltd (GZESL Dubai Co., Ltd) and staffs there during the spell of his airline transfer in Dubai.

After listening to the working report on the subsidiary development for the five years since its founding made by Huang Yongjiang, GM of GZESL Dubai Co., Ltd, Minister Wang, on behalf of the AQSIQ’s party leadership group, expressed his appreciation to local staffs for their years’ hardworking efforts, and fully recognized the achievements by GZESL Dubai Co., Ltd in marketization business expansion, regional expansion, lab construction, team building and internal management, etc.. Also, he highly commended GZESL Dubai Co., Ltd for its overseas window role of GZESL and its good image established to represent the central enterprises. Besides, he cordially encouraged GZESL Dubai Co., Ltd to make persistent efforts to get things moving, and put forward 5 requirements for the future work. These requirements include: 1. Seriously following the spirits of instructions by the AQSIQ’s party leadership group after listening to the working report of GZESL, and striving to fulfill the strategic goals of “Taking the Lead in China, Famous Brand in the World” of GZESL; 2. Paying great attention to marketization business expansion depending on key accounts in combination with the China’s foreign policies and practical situations in Middle East; 3. Building the concept of “Quality First” to enhance the management of inspection quality; 4. Strengthening the communication with the China’s embassy in Dubai and local government departments related to promote the communications, coordination and interactions with foreign quality inspection institutions; and 5. Keeping improving team construction, performing according to the laws and regulations, carrying out business honestly to strive to create a united, harmonious and proactive working environment and cultural atmosphere.
